Financial Accountant

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance
team. You will have a down to earth and
practical approach, enjoy variety, have energy and enthusiasm, and are looking
to learn and grow.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with
the Senior Commercial Analyst and Inventory Accountant, this role is
responsible for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our financial and
analytical reporting. Working within our
ERP (CSB) and other systems, there are also a range of reconciliation tasks and
analyses.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- With a degree in Accounting or Finance, CAANZ or related experienced, you’ll be organised and used to meeting deadlines, working across a range of systems and data points to analyse information and communicate it succinctly and comprehensibly with business relevance.
- Finance experience with exposure to manufacturing and inventory accounting is desirable.
- Experience with ERP and BI systems and Advanced experience with Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Robust high volume data reconciliation skills and strategies, partnered with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, will complement your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- An approachable manner and effective communicator.
- A practical approach and sound judgement to getting things done.
- A high level of integrity.
